A very handy bottle top adapter.   If you already own a number of Avent bottles (which are wide neck), this clever adapter allows you to use your Unimom or Medela breast pumps (which are narrow neck) and pump milk directly into Avent bottles.

A great add-on so you can get more use out of the gear you already have.

Not compatible with Tommee Tippee, NUK, Closer to Nature, or Dr Brown bottles
