Size is based on your regular clothing size, as these will accommodate your bump. If you are unsure, or inbetween, then choose the larger option
Mum-to-be Gemma is 31 weeks pregnant, hips under bump 96cm, wearing size S. And Bex (pictured on the grass) is 34 weeks pregnant, 168cm, wearing size S.
Measure around your hips:
Size 8 - XS- Hips 88-92cm
Size 10 - S - Hips 93-97cm
Size 12 - M - Hips 98-102cm
Size 14 - L - Hips 103-107cm
Size 16 - XL - Hips 108-112cm
