For the first few weeks after giving birth, even something simple like having a wee can really sting and cause a bit of dread beforehand. This peri spray bottle can really help - simply spray water towards your perineum as you are urinating and it can take away the pain and help prevent any infection. Use warm or cool water for what feels most comfortable for you.
Use the spray bottle every time you wee, until you feel like things are recovered. This might take 10 days or so.
